At Kolandoto hospital, we believe that health is a gift from God and that every person deserve to be treated with dignity,love and care. We are faith-based healthcare institution committed to serving our community with excellence in medical care, grounded in Christian values of compassion, service and integrity.
Our hospital is located 15km away from Shinyanga town when you are driving from Shinyanga to Mwanza city, the hospital is owned by African Inland Church Tanzania (AICT), it was founded in 1913 by American Missionaries, the facility is dedicated to delivering comprehensive affordable and high quality medical services to individuals and families. Our commitment is rooted in a deep sense of responsibility to improve lives and promote wellness in our community.

Kolandoto Hospital Background.
Kolandoto hospital was founded by American Missionaries Dr. Nina Maynard and Nangi William Maynard in 1913, the hospital has been growing gradually interms of infrastructure, medical equipments and skilled medical personnel. In 2013 it was promoted to be a Designated Shinyanga Municipal Council hospital, our next step is to become a Regional Referral hospital in 5 years to come.
